Wheat beer, cool and refreshing. Straw-yellow coloured, white foam and slightly persistent. On the nose a scent of exotic fruit and citrus like mandarin and grapefruit. Light body and delicate taste of yellow fruit, guava and lychees. This fresh and fruited bouquet is followed by a dry final, intensively hopped and delicately spicy. Best pair with raw or fried starters, marinated fish and shellfish.
