‘Sur Lie’ translates literally to ‘Aged on Lees’, a term used in French wine making.

Taste: Native Australian Wattle Seed and Oak touches producing a creamy mouth feel with Chardonnay Lees creating a palate weight similiar to that of a Chardonnay wine.

How to drink: Best Served as a dry Martini or with a dash of soda garnished with a small sprig of rosemary
